Fine-dining and travel enthusiasts alike will indulge in a unique celebrity chef experience onboard The Sunlander, which embarks on a journey to Hamilton Island today.
The exclusive four-day event will see guests of the Queenslander Master Class joined by executive and celebrity chef Andrew Mirosch, along with winemaker Adam Chapman, both of the award-winning Sirromet Winery.
Executive Chef Mirosch will treat guests to unique culinary delights created entirely from fresh Queensland produce, with Chapman alongside to select the perfect Sirromet wines to accompany the specially designed meals.
“I’m thoroughly looking forward to spoiling Queenslander Master Class guests with the menu that I’ve planned for this trip,” Mr Mirosch said.
“Only the most exquisite local produce will be used, in fact, I will be collecting fresh seafood in Gympie from Peter and Ethel Moore’s Cherax Aquaculture Farm on the way through,” he said.
Live music will also enhance the journey, with entertainment offered to passengers before, and after, the extravagant five-course degustation.
After settling in on Hamilton Island, guests will experience a once-in-a-lifetime Master Class cooking session and interactive demonstration with Mirosch, before feasting on their creations for dinner.

The very first Queensland Rail Travel Outback Master Class Tour will depart Brisbane for Barcaldine and Longreach on 13 March 2012 and the next Queensland Rail Travel Master Class Tour to Hamilton Island will depart again on 22 March 2012.
