Queenslanders will again be able to fly direct to Hawaii with Hawaiian Airlines this week announcing details of a 3-times-a-week to commence on November 28.
The new flights will connect in Honolulu with same-carrier, same-day services to the neighbor islands of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
Hawaiiian Airlines also provides a handy alternative those travelling to Las Vegas or New York with direct services allowing passeggers to avoid a transfer at LAX.
The new Brisbane services will add more than 40,000 seats annually between Australia and Hawaii, and increase the airline’s total seat numbers from Australia by 38%.Hawaiian Airlines flight HA 444 will depart Brisbane at 18:35 every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, cross the international dateline and arrive in Honolulu at 07:50 the same day, a journey time of approximately nine hours 15 minutes.
The return service, flight HA 443, will depart Honolulu at 09:45 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, cross the international dateline and land in Brisbane at 16:00 the following day, in time for onward connections to destinations throughout Australia.
Hawaiian’s Brisbane flights will be operated with Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, seating 262 passengers in a two class cabin – 18 in Business Class and 244 in Economy Class.
