We currently have positions for experienced travel consultants to join the team at our Maroochydore & Pelican Waters office in full time roles.
The successful candidate(s) will be an experienced travel consultant that loves a chat with anyone that walks through the door. You will be genuinely interested in all of our clients... be it their travel needs or just general life stories. You’ll be experienced in booking all forms of travel, especially flights and cruises.

The role will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 4 hour Saturday shift once a month.

- Booking both international and domestic product; including flights, cruise and tour packages
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude and an ability to work in a team
- Liaising with wholesalers and suppliers on a daily basis
- Participate in sales events such as seminars, exhibitions and VIP client nights
- Work towards sales targets and incentives
- Engaging, personable and passion for all things travel
- Confidence in consulting across all platforms including telephone and online
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a professional environment, maintain motivation/drive with attention to detail
- Goal orientated, organised and willing to learn
- A natural sales affinity and ability to interpret customer requirements
- Ideally from a travel background with experience in both domestic and international product
- Experience using GDS either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
